Highly likely to recommend! Holly is amazing! I found Holly by chance on Zillow when I was just browsing the internet. My husband and I had been thinking about selling our small home and moving into a bigger home for our growing children for years but never thought it was an option. Holly was so patient with us and helped us explore our options. She is very knowledgeable of the Valencia area. Holly's negotiating skills and perseverance got our house sold (above asking) and into our dream home. She has taken care of us every step of the way. She truly wants to help you get into your perfect home.

he found us our dream home. After having a few agents show us property and not finding what we needed for our growing family we found Holly. I'll never forget that rainy Sunday when we got a call. "Noura, I found your home, get here quick! I'm here with the offer ready for you to sign." We knew this must be it. We were at church, she waited for over an hour. When we walked in the front door we knew this was our home. We've moved in and absolutely love it here. Holly listened to us, was patient, no pressure and guided us through the process always staying in touch. She understands this sellers market and how to negotiate with multiple offers. We were up against a stronger financial offer but Holly negotiated and next thing we knew we were in escrow. Only someone with years of experience and knowledge of the market could have done what she did. On top of that she's fun and personable. We consider her part of our family. She is still in touch with us making sure everything is fine. I can't express how happy we are in our dream home. You'll love working with Holly, I highly recommend her.

I met Holly in one of her open houses and I felt so comfortable with her. Holly is warm, loving, friendly and professional realtor. Her client’s interest is her number one goal. She works as a realtor for almost 30 years and currently she is doing this to help people find their dream home and sell their home on top dollar. Since Holly is doing this as a hobby she is very easy to work with and has no pressure at all. Holly is such a hard working person and truly enjoys helping people. I feel other realtors that she had to deal with are very fortunate because Holly will go above and beyond to help get the transaction go smoothly and effortless. When Holly is not doing real estate she is volunteering at the hospital where she also serves as President of the Auxillary Department. I will start off this review by stating that Holly Hanlin is both my realtor and my aunt for full transparency. Everyone knows the most fun part of house hunting is seeing all the options available. However, we only spent one day looking at properties. That is because, with every property we saw, I informed Holly of what I liked, what I didn't like, and what I would prefer. By the time we reached the fourth house, we had a match. This house had been on the market for approximately a month before we put our offer in below asking. The owners were surprisingly stringent and barely moved the needle for negotiation. They only became more rigid as negotiations and even the escrow process commenced. Holly stayed on them though, when they slowed the process, she made sure to keep in contact with their realtor to keep the process moving. This being my first time buying a home, I found the process complicated. Holly walked me through any questions I had, and even resubmitted paperwork when I found an error on the seller's side. I know that she comes from a strong family of realtors, and I believe she would put these skills to work for anyone she represents. It really felt like we were a team in the purchasing process.
